Analytical Laboratory
The laboratory maintain by the department has basic and advance instruments necessary for soil and water analysis. Almost all the soil moisture determination instruments such neutron probe, infrared moisture meter are available in the laboratory for undergraduate and postgraduate practical as well as for the researches.
Water Quality Laboratory
The water quality laboratory used for the research as well as undergraduate teaching program. Almost all the drinking water quality parameters can be monitored in this laboratory. Department is planning to further develop this laboratory to cater the industrial people in the Southern Region to get their water samples analyzed.
